Role Description The Medical Doctor will provide high-quality clinical care to patients, including conducting examinations, diagnosing conditions, prescribing appropriate treatments, and monitoring patient recovery. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate medical records, collaborating with nursing and allied health professionals, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and regulatory standards. The role involves communicating clearly with patients and families, providing education on treatment plans and preventive care, and participating in case discussions or multidisciplinary meetings as required.

Doctor will also support health and safety initiatives within the facility and contribute to continuous improvement in patient care. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore.

Qualifications

- Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from an accredited institution and valid registration with the appropriate medical council.
- Proven clinical skills in patient examination, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care in an inpatient or outpatient setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical ethics, clinical protocols, infection control practices, and relevant healthcare regulations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple cases with attention to detail and patient safety.
- Experience in hospital or clinic environments and familiarity with electronic medical records or basic healthcare documentation systems.
- Commitment to continuous learning, evidence-based practice, and participation in professional development or training programs.
