- Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Communicate with doctors, nurses, and other staff to clarify any unclear documentation and gather necessary information for coding.

- Maintain Coding Accuracy: Regularly check and review coding for accuracy, making adjustments as needed to minimize discrepancies and errors.

Required Skills And Expectations





Candidates should possess a degree in BDS, B.Pharma, B.Sc, or B.E. Attention to detail is essential, as the job requires precise coding of medical procedures. Good communication skills are significant for collaborating with healthcare staff.

A basic understanding of medical terminology and coding systems will be advantageous but not mandatory for beginners.
