Role & responsibilities

- Deliver Medical Coding training sessions (ICD, CPT, HCPCS) as per curriculum.

- Prepare lesson plans, coding exercises, case studies, and assessments.

- Train students on coding guidelines, compliance, and industry best practices.

- Conduct regular tests, mock exams, and track student progress.

- Prepare students for AAPC certification (CPC or equivalent).

- Maintain attendance, academic records, and update MIS regularly.

- Support students in practical coding and doubt clarification.

- Ensure a disciplined, engaging, and learner-friendly classroom.

- Coordinate with Centre team for batch planning and scheduling.

- Maintain training quality and follow project and industry standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong knowledge of ICD, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.

- Practical experience in medical coding industry.

- Basic IT and computer skills (MS Office, MIS entry, presentation tools).

- Internet and research skills for academic content preparation.

- Basic English communication skills.

- Valuable teaching, presentation, and classroom management skills.
