Job Summary
We are seeking a certified Medical Coding Executive with strong expertise in CPT and E&M; coding. The role involves accurate coding of medical records in compliance with regulatory guidelines while ensuring high quality and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assign accurate CPT and E&M; codes based on provider documentation
Review clinical documentation to ensure coding accuracy and completeness
Ensure compliance with coding guidelines, payer policies, and regulations
Identify documentation gaps and coordinate with internal teams for clarification
Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks as per SLAs
Adhere to HIPAA and data security standards
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of CPT and E&M; coding (mandatory)
CPC certification is required
