Job Summary
We are hiring Medical Billing Executives for a leading global MNC in Kolkata. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. This role involves handling healthcare billing, insurance-related queries, and providing support to doctors, hospitals, and healthcare providers.
Eligibility Criteria:-
- Minimum Qualification: 10+2 / Higher Secondary or above
- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
- International BPO experience will be an added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Good typing speed and attention to detail
- Willingness to work in night shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidates from B.Sc., Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Healthcare backgrounds are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities:-
- Resolve medical billing and insurance-related queries
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, doctors, and hospitals
- Review billing information and ensure accuracy
- Handle claim status inquiries and payment-related issues
- Maintain process documentation and update records

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented and organized approach
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
