Role Description The Medical Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. This role is responsible for providing scientific and medical leadership to internal teams, supporting the development and review of medical and promotional materials, and ensuring that all content aligns with current clinical evidence and regulatory standards.

The Medical

Advisor collaborates with cross-functional teams such as Medical Affairs, Marketing, Market Access, and Sales to provide medical insights, support strategy, and address healthcare professional queries. Day-to-day activities include reviewing clinical data, contributing to medical education initiatives,



participating in advisory boards or scientific meetings, and supporting evidence generation plans. The role also involves staying current with relevant therapeutic guidelines, monitoring scientific literature, and providing clear, ethical, and compliant medical guidance to support business objectives.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Medicine, with an advanced degree such as MBBS, MD, PharmD, or equivalent clinical qualification.
- Experience in Medical Affairs and Medical Education, with the ability to support medical strategies and deliver scientific training.
- Research skills, including the ability to interpret clinical studies, analyze data, and apply evidence-based thinking.
- Understanding of Market Access concepts, including health economics, reimbursement landscapes, and value communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex medical information for diverse audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas and familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in pharmaceuticals.
