About us The Adaptiveness Institute and Evivve help organizations close the gap between intending to change and actually changing. We work with senior business and HR leaders across India, the Middle East, and South-East Asia, using behavioral simulation (our platform, Evivve), the AFERR model, and real behavioral data. Our work is experiential, evidence-led, and growing quick and our brand needs to look as sharp as the thinking behind it.

The role

You are the Media Manager (must be living in Mumbai, Thane and nearby areas). You'll own all of our graphic design and Wix Studio website UI development single-handedly, the way it's run today, with the freedom and ownership that comes with that. From the brand and the website to the decks, proposals, event collateral, and reports that go in front of CxOs, you're the person who makes the Institute look and feel world-class.

What you'll do

- Build, manage, and continuously improve our website on Wix Studio— pages, content updates, landing pages, forms, integrations, and keeping it fast, on-brand, and current.
- Design executive-ready decks and proposals for client and partner conversations.
- Create event collateral — flyers, invites, social graphics (e.g. our "Reading the Adaptiveness Gap" sessions).
- Produce reports and thought-leadership assets with clean, credible design.
- Own brand consistency across everything — templates, brand kit, asset library.
- Keep our design system organized so the work scales.

What we're looking for

Must have

- Strong hands-on Wix Studio expertise — you can build and manage a professional Wix Studio site independently: layout, content, SEO basics, forms,



and common integrations.
- Solid graphic design — decks, collateral, and brand work that looks premium (portfolio required).
- Event Flyers, banners creation and coordinating with the printers.
- Fluency with modern design tools (Figma / Canva / Adobe suite).
- Sharp attention to detail and a strong sense of brand and typography.
- Self-managing and fast — comfortable owning the whole function and shipping without a lot of oversight.

Nice to have

- Basic HTML/CSS for finer Wix control.
- Motion/video editing, or social posts creation experience.
- Experience designing for a consulting, L&D;, or professional-services brand.
