Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day mechanical activities at project sites.
- Carry out mechanical quality inspections of equipment, fabricated components, piping, structures, and assemblies.
- Check dimensions, alignment, fit-up, welding, fabrication, and installation quality as per drawings and specifications.
- Monitor production and fabrication activities and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and quality standards.
- Supervise equipment erection and installation at customer sites.
- Coordinate with site workers, fabricators, contractors, production teams, and customers.
- Ensure proper installation, alignment, leveling, and assembly of mechanical equipment.
- Assist in commissioning and trial runs of installed equipment.
- Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, site reports, checklists, measurement records,



and commissioning documentation.
- Verify material and component quality before installation or assembly.
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements and company procedures at site.
- Monitor project progress and report site issues to the Project/Engineering Manager.
- Travel to customer/project sites as required.
- Coordinate with the design, production, quality, and service teams for smooth project execution.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of mechanical inspection and quality control.
- Experience in site supervision and mechanical installation.
- Knowledge of equipment erection, alignment, and commissioning.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and fabrication drawings.
- Knowledge of basic measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, micrometer, measuring tape, etc.
- Basic knowledge of welding and fabrication inspection.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and preparation of technical reports.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
