Job Summary

We are looking for a Mechanical / Robotics Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on factory experience. The candidate will be responsible for handling mechanical systems, robotics, production equipment, troubleshooting, maintenance, and process improvements to ensure smooth factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical and robotic equipment.
- Monitor and maintain factory machinery, automation systems, and production equipment.
- Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation-related issues in coordination with the relevant teams.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and equipment.
- Work with robotics and automation systems to improve production efficiency.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth machine operations.
- Analyse machine breakdowns and identify root causes to prevent recurring issues.
- Support machine setup, commissioning, testing, and modifications.
- Assist in implementing automation and process-improvement projects.
- Maintain records of machine maintenance, breakdowns, repairs, and spare parts.
- Ensure machinery and equipment follow required safety standards.
- Coordinate with external machine/automation vendors whenever required.





Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, and industrial equipment.
- Hands-on experience with robotics and factory automation.
- Knowledge of machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
- Understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems will be an advantage.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and technical documents.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with factory teams.
- Practical, hands-on approach to resolving technical issues.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant factory/industrial experience.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in industrial automation, robotics, machinery maintenance, or production equipment will be preferred.
- Comfortable working in a factory setting and handling machine-related issues on the shop floor.
