We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to support preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities in a manufacturing environment. The candidate should possess robust hands-on experience in mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance of production equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair Pneumatic and Hydraulic Systems.
- Maintain and service Pneumatic Cylinders, Hydraulic Circuits, Pumps, Gearboxes, and Vacuum Systems.
- Carry out maintenance of Conveyor Systems and Conveyor Equipment.
- Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot Hydraulic Presses and Mechanical Presses.
- Support maintenance activities related to Thermoforming Machines, Thermoforming Equipment, Extruders, and Foaming Jigs/Fixtures.
- Perform repair and maintenance of Vacuum Pumps, Vacuum Valves, and Industrial Pumps.
- Modify and update AutoCAD Mechanical Drawings and Engineering Layouts as required.
- Read and interpret Engineering Drawings, Assembly Drawings, and Mechanical Layouts.
- Ensure compliance with Industrial Safety standards and maintenance procedures.
- Maintain Maintenance Documentation, Maintenance Reports, and Maintenance Records.
- Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and plant uptime.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3 to 4 years of experience in Mechanical Maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing plant maintenance.
- Knowledge of TPM, Preventive Maintenance, and Safety Practices.
- Ability to work in shifts and support production requirements.
