Role Overview
Responsible for ensuring maximum uptime and reliability of foundry and machining equipment through preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of foundry equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical failures in molding, melting, sand plant, machining, and material handling systems.
- Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, gearbox, conveyor, compressor, and utility systems.
- Monitor machine performance and reduce downtime.
- Coordinate with production teams for planned maintenance schedules.
- Maintain maintenance records and spare parts inventory.
- Participate in TPM and continuous improvement initiatives.
