Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Foreman to supervise and coordinate mechanical works at construction/project sites. The candidate will be responsible for manpower supervision, site execution, installation, maintenance, safety compliance, and ensuring work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day mechanical works at construction sites.
- Manage and allocate manpower, tools, and equipment for assigned activities.
- Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, MEP, and Project teams.
- Read and understand mechanical drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Monitor installation, fabrication, alignment, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems/equipment.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project schedules.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify quality or execution issues.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for timely completion of work.
- Maintain daily work progress reports, manpower records, and material requirements.
- Ensure availability and proper use of tools, equipment,



and materials.
- Follow company and project safety procedures, PPE requirements, and site safety standards.
- Identify mechanical faults and coordinate corrective/maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with engineers for inspections, approvals, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions at the site.
- Report daily progress, delays, material shortages, and site issues to the Project/MEP Engineer.

Desired Profile

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of mechanical construction/site activities.
- Ability to supervise technicians, workers, and subcontractors.
- Good understanding of mechanical drawings and measurements.
- Knowledge of installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Positive manpower and site coordination skills.
- Ability to work under project deadlines.
- Knowledge of construction-site safety practices.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience in real estate/construction projects, high-rise buildings, commercial buildings, residential projects, or MEP works will be preferred.
