Job Summary

We are looking for an Engineer Mechanical Maintenance responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting and ensuring the smooth operation of mechanical and electrical equipment in the plant.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery.




- Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical and electrical systems, including hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Handle maintenance of CTL & Slitting Lines, decoilers, straighteners, loop pits, shears, recoilers and strip handling systems.
- Monitor and maintain lubrication systems and critical equipment.
- Support PLC-based troubleshooting and basic automation-related maintenance.
- Implement TPM, RCA and corrective actions to reduce equipment downtime.
- Plan and maintain spare parts and critical maintenance inventory.
- Coordinate with maintenance contractors and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists and equipment history.
- Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
