Position : Lead Mechanical

Experience 15 years to 20 years

Lead and manage all Mechanical construction activities, including HVAC, Chillers, Cooling Systems, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and associated utilities for the Data Center project.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, civil, electrical, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless project execution and achievement of key milestones.

Monitor construction progress, quality, safety, resource deployment, and contractor performance to ensure delivery in line with project schedules and specifications.

Review engineering drawings, technical submittals, method statements, and resolve site-related technical issues to maintain construction quality and efficiency.

Support project planning, risk management, testing & commissioning, and stakeholder management to ensure successful project delivery.

Prefered Candidate from Data Center, Large Scale Industrial, Steel Plant, Power plant Construction management background
