Position: Technical Mechanical Fitter Trainer

Experience: 20-25 years of relevant experience in Mechanical Fitting, Maintenance, Mining, Process, or Manufacturing Industries.

Age: 40+ years

Travel & Accommodation: The Company will bear complete travel and boarding/lodging expenses for the entire project duration.

Languages Required: Hindi & English

Job Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive training on mechanical fitting concepts relevant to the mining, process, and manufacturing industries.
- Provide hands-on practical training to employees to strengthen their understanding and retention of mechanical fitting concepts.
- Train employees in mechanical fitting techniques, tools, equipment, and maintenance practices.
- Explain fundamental safety concepts and procedures applicable to mechanical maintenance tasks.




- Demonstrate practical troubleshooting techniques and guide employees in resolving mechanical issues at the worksite.
- Share industry experience and best practices in mechanical fitting, maintenance, and plant operations.
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer through theoretical and practical training sessions.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

- Educational Qualification: B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering, ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, or Mining trade.
- 20-25 years of relevant experience in mechanical fitting and maintenance.
- Robust technical knowledge of mechanical fitting, troubleshooting, and industrial maintenance.
- Experience in mining, process, manufacturing, or copper industry operations will be relevant.
- Ability to deliver classroom-based and practical training.
- Minimum age: 40 years.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English.
