Role & responsibilities:

We are seeking a hands-on Mechanical Engineer to join our Engineering Department. The role combines configuration control, NPI execution, manufacturing support, and technical documentation. The ideal candidate will work closely with R&D;, production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure accurate implementation of engineering changes, smooth current product releases, and continuous process improvement in a multidisciplinary international environment.

Configuration Control

- Lead end-to-end implementation of engineering changes (ECO process)
- Analyze change requirements and assess their impact
- Update manufacturing and assembly drawings using SolidWorks and Visio
- Write and release Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
- Update BOM structures, revisions, and documentation in Priority ERP
- Maintain engineering documentation accuracy and traceability

Manufacturing Engineering Support
- Provide hands-on engineering support during assembly and integration
- Train production personnel on engineering changes and new products
- Document production issues and escalate findings appropriately
- Support fixture development and system integration activities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production processes

Technical & Cross-Functional Support




- Support procurement teams with part identification and ERP data accuracy
- Resolve BOM discrepancies and documentation gaps
- Assist quality teams with standards compliance and deviation reviews

Preferred candidate profile

Must have

- Previous experience in a similar role within a multidisciplinary organization
- B.Sc. / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Proven experience with SolidWorks and PDM environments
- Proven experience working with Priority ERP or comparable ERP systems
- High-level technical English: written, spoken, and reading
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with initiative and ownership mentality

Good to have
- Experience with configuration control and ECO processes
- Experience executing NPI transitions from development to production
- Experience writing engineering procedures, work instructions, and technical documentation
- Experience creating technical diagrams in Visio

- Familiarity with production environments
- Experience working in a multinational or global company
