Role Description This is a full time, on-site Mechanical Engineer role based in Navi Mumbai.

The Mechanical

Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical components and systems, preparing detailed drawings and models using CAD tools, and supporting machine design activities from concept to production. Daily work includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting technical analysis and feasibility studies, and participating in research and development to improve performance, quality, and cost-efficiency. The role also involves managing project timelines,



coordinating with vendors and manufacturers, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and preparing technical documentation and reports.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Mechanical Engineering fundamentals and the ability to apply engineering principles to real-world problems.
- Candidates should possess skills in Machine Design, including component selection, stress analysis, and design for manufacturability.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for 2D/3D modeling, detailing, and revision management.
- Candidates should possess Project Management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess experience in Research and Development (R&D;), with a focus on innovation, testing, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, standards, and technical specifications; familiarity with manufacturing processes is an advantage.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with a structured approach to documentation and reporting.
- Prior experience in industrial, manufacturing, EPC, or related engineering environments in or around Navi Mumbai is preferred.
