About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with 4–6 years of professional experience to join our technology team The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience design custom, functional sample machines and electro-mechanical mechanisms from the ground up. In this role, you will take complete ownership of the machine design lifecycle—from early conceptual architecture and kinematics down to component selection, detailed CAD modeling, production-ready 2D drawings, and prototyping guidance.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Machine Design: Lead the design of complete, functional custom sample machines from initial concept sketches through detailed parametric CAD assemblies.

*Component Sizing & Integration: Specify and integrate off-the-shelf commercial components including electric motors, gearboxes, linear rails, bearings, drive belts/pulleys, actuators, sensors, and pneumatic hardware.

- Manufacturing Documentation: Generate complete production drawing packages (2D prints with GD&T;, tolerance stack-ups, surface finishes, weld/bend callouts) and accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Design for Manufacturing & Assembly (DFMA): Design custom sheet metal enclosures/brackets, CNC machined components, welded tubular frames, and rapid prototype parts optimized for fabrication feasibility and cost.




- Prototyping & Assembly Support: Interface with fabrication shops and provide detailed assembly instructions, exploded views, and remote troubleshooting during prototype assembly and bring-up.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech )

CAD Mastery: Proven, advanced proficiency in parametric 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, Fusion 360, or Creo).

Proven Machine Design Experience:** Demonstrable track record of designing complete, working machines or complex automation equipment (not just single static parts or consumer enclosures).

- Experience with industrial automation, material handling, packaging, or custom manufacturing machinery.
- Practical understanding of basic electrical schematics, pneumatics, and sensor mounting.
- Hands-on machine shop, welding, or bench-assembly background.

Shift & Work Location
- Work Location: Dwarka Mor, New Delhi – In office
- Shift: Night Shift
- Working Hours: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
- Working Days: Monday–Friday

Candidates must be comfortable working the specified night-shift schedule and from the on-site Dwarka Mor location.

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
