Designation: Associate Project Engineer/Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, modify, and maintain 3D CAD models, assemblies, and engineering drawings using Creo and other CAD tools.

- Manage engineering data, drawings, and product documentation in Windchill PLM.

- Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and design requirements to support product development activities.

- Support design, development, and continuous improvement initiatives for IC Engine components and related systems.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design records, reports, and engineering change documentation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, quality, testing, and project stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.

- Analyze engineering problems, identify root causes, and recommend effective technical solutions.

- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, quality requirements, and company procedures.

- Contribute to process improvement, productivity enhancement, and automation initiatives.

- Deliver assigned tasks within defined timelines, quality standards,



and performance expectations.

Skill and Experience Required:

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or Automobile Engineering.

- 3 to 4 years of experience in the Automobile or Auto Component Industry.

- Proficient in Windchill, Creo, and 3D CAD software.

- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T;, and technical terminology.

- Good knowledge of IC Engines and their components.

- Experience in preparing and maintaining technical documentation and engineering records.

- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving abilities.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Self-driven individual with the ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively.

- Agile mindset with adaptability to changing priorities and business requirements.
