Role Description Key Responsibilities

· Design and develop current machinery/attachments and upgrade existing product lines (mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical/electronic systems).

· Use CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for design

· Work with hydraulics and powertrain systems (pumps, valves, cylinders, engines/motors) specific to heavy construction equipment.

· Collaborate with production, procurement, and quality teams

· Analyze field failure data and customer feedback to drive design improvements

· Prepare technical documentation: drawings, BOMs, test reports, and manuals.
