- Monitoring Review construction schedules and monitor project progress. Identify risks, delays, and resource constraints. Coordinate with planning teams for milestone achievement.
Ensure availability of manpower, materials, and equipment at site. Safety &
- Quality Assurance Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and project HSE requirements. Promote a zero-harm safety culture across construction teams. Coordinate inspections, testing, and quality checks. Ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures and statutory regulations.
Interdepartmental Coordination
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, EHS, and Commissioning teams. Support site issue resolution and interface management. Ensure mechanical completion and punch point closure.
Commissioning Support
Facilitate smooth handover of mechanical systems for pre-commissioning and commissioning. Support troubleshooting during startup and commissioning stages. Ensure readiness of systems before final handover.
Essential
Full time BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university. Preferred M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Certification in Project Management, Primavera P6, or PMP. Additional certifications in Construction Management or Safety Management will be an advantage.
