Parking Layout

Drafting

- Draft the parking layouts of the site from client-provided site drawings, based on the specifications and

dimensional availability.

- Optimise the layouts for maximum parking efficiency and/or the client’s stated goal.

- Prepare General Arrangement (GA) drawings of the parking layout.

2. Site Assessment

- Visit sites to obtain actual dimensions and an understanding of site conditions for accurate drawing workout.

- Note site conditions relevant to the design — pit depth, headroom, and clearances.

3. Structural & Component Design (SolidWorks)

- Draft structural and mechanical parts/assemblies in SolidWorks as per the parking design requirement.

- Prepare fabrication-ready production drawings in consultation with the production team.

- Build and maintain a standard component/part library for faster, consistent design.

4.

Production

Documentation & BOQ

- Create the BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and production/fabrication drawings for parking systems.

- Estimate steel/material weights feeding the BOQ.

- Prepare foundation, pit, and embedment (insert) drawings for the civil interface.

- Maintain revision control and a drawing register for all issued drawings.

5. Support & Documentation

- Prepare drawings in line with applicable parking, fire-safety, and building/development-control norms.

- Prepare indicative layouts to support the pre-sales / BDM team as and when required.

- Maintain organised records of all drawings, revisions, BOQs,



and design documentation.

Eligibility:

- Academic Requirements: BE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

- Software Proficiency: AutoCAD and SolidWorks or equivalent.

- Skills Required: Solid 2D/3D drafting and dimensioning, Accuracy, layout/spatial optimisation sense, attention to
- detail, and good coordination and communication skills.

- Experience: 1 to 2 years in mechanical drafting/design (preferably in structural, fabrication, or parking/automotive
- systems).

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
