Engineering Manager – a. General i. A larger number of projects are expected to be handled by the engineering manager. Overall coordination with the client & within office for the same is expected from the engineering manager.
ii. The engineering manager is expected to provide guidance to the junior engineers for engineering projects.
iii. Achieving the desired timelines and accurate engineering is the primary responsibility of the engineering manager.
iv. Ensuring client satisfaction by interaction with the client is expected.
v. Client relation building vi. To ensure junior engineers/ draughtsman have completed tasks on time vii. Training viii. Sharing recent technical features with group b. Duties:
i. Initial guidance to engineers for preparation of DBR/layout/calculation/datasheet BEFORE the document is prepared.
ii. Checking of all documents before they are sent to the client. This shall include design basis reports, calculations, BOQ’s, layouts in accordance with the standardized documents of the company. Any document that goes beyond the scope of the standardized documents of the company placed in the company library shall be escalated to the company director.
iii. Attending meetings together with the project engineer.
Project engineers shall not attend meetings alone unless specifically approved by the director.
iv. Discussing technical queries with clients as & when required.
v. Speaking to clients at least every month to check for satisfaction with work being carried out.
vi. Discussion with other discipline engineers for self/their requirements/co ordination layouts. Technical closure shall not be achieved without the consent of the engineering manager.
vii. Enforcing the standard systems for document creation & saving.
viii. Co ordinating with the marketing team for preparation of LOD for quoting.
ix. Co ordinating with the accounts team for payment related discussions & achieving milestones as stated in the payment slab report.
x. Co ordinating manpower needs in order to achieve the desired timelines along with finalizing weekly plans for working.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
