Minimum Qualification Bachelor of Technology (BTech)
- Plan and coordinate equipment execution activities in line with project requirements.
- Review work scope and identify resource, equipment, and logistical requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor site readiness and support productive work-front availability.
- Ensure proper deployment and utilization of equipment, tools, and manpower.
- Supervise field activities to achieve safety, quality, and schedule objectives.
- Support mobilization and demobilization of project resources.
- Track progress and productivity, highlighting risks and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, procedures,
and project guidelines.
- Assist in resolving technical and execution-related issues at site.
- Prepare and maintain execution plans, method statements, and related documentation.
- Coordinate inspections and ensure adherence to quality requirements.
- Maintain project records, reports, and status updates.
- Support incident investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective execution of assigned project activities.
