ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced MDM Solution Lead to drive technical solutioning and implementation of an enterprise Product Master platform.

The role requires robust MDM architecture and engineering capability across data modelling, mastering, migration, integration and data quality, along with hands-on experience with Informatica MDM technologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assess source systems, data structures and technical dependencies during discovery.

Define the MDM solution design covering canonical model, golden record, hierarchy, match/merge, survivorship, crosswalks and data-quality controls.

Translate functional requirements into detailed technical designs and implementation patterns.

Lead Informatica MDM / IDMC / Product 360 implementation and guide the MDM development team.

Design ingestion, migration, API, event and downstream integration patterns with data and integration teams.

Own technical reviews, troubleshooting, performance, deployment readiness, cutover and stabilization.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

10-14 years in MDM, data engineering and/ or enterprise data platforms.





Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise MDM solutions.

Robust understanding of master-data modelling, identity/golden-record design, hierarchy, match/merge, survivorship, workflows and data quality.

Strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM / Product 360 and related Informatica MDM technologies.

Strong SQL and data-modelling skills.

Experience with data ingestion, transformation, migration and reconciliation.

Experience integrating MDM with CRM, ERP and downstream enterprise applications.

Good understanding of REST APIs, batch interfaces and event-driven integration.

Ability to lead technical solutioning while remaining hands-on during implementation.

PREFERRED

Hands-on experience with Informatica Product 360 and/or MDM SaaS on IDMC.

Experience with Cloud Data Integration / Cloud Application Integration.

Experience with Salesforce and ERP data integration.

Exposure to GCP services such as Pub/Sub and BigQuery.

Experience in data migration, data quality and reconciliation.

Experience with CI/CD, environment management and production support for Informatica implementations.
