We are hiring an MDM Administrator (Samsung Knox) with 4+ years of experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM), Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), and Android device administration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Samsung Knox, Android Enterprise, device enrollment, application deployment, and mobile security management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support Samsung Knox-enabled devices across the enterprise.




- Configure and administer Knox Manage, Knox Mobile Enrollment (KME), and Android Enterprise.
- Enroll, provision, and manage Android devices.
- Deploy applications, configurations, and security policies.
- Troubleshoot device, application, and enrollment-related issues.
- Ensure device compliance and security standards are maintained.
- Support OS updates, patch management, and device lifecycle activities.
- Work with MDM/UEM platforms such as Intune, Workspace ONE, or SOTI.
- Generate reports and maintain operational documentation
