Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Microsoft Intune Administrator / Managed Devices Specialist to join our IT team at TRIARQ HEALTH. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing, configuring, and managing Microsoft Intune for managing devices in a cloud-first setting. This role is critical for ensuring the secure deployment, management, and lifecycle of Microsoft-managed devices throughout our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Endpoint Management & Deployment:

- Design, configure, and maintain Microsoft Intune environments for provisioning, managing, and securing corporate and BYOD endpoints (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
- Implement and manage Windows Autopilot and Apple Automated Device Enrollment (ADE/DEP) for seamless, zero-touch device provisioning.
- Develop, test, and deploy software packages, applications, and updates across all managed platforms.
- Should be expected to write and maintain automation scripts using AI.
- Use Microsoft Graph API to automate device queries, bulk app assignments, and reporting workflows.

Security & Compliance:

- Monitor device compliance and implement security controls including encryption, password policies, and remote wipe capabilities to protect organizational data
- Create, enforce, and monitor compliance policies, conditional access policies,



and baseline security configurations in alignment with industry standards.
- Manage BitLocker encryption, File Vault, and mobile device encryption settings.

Policy & Configuration Management:

- Configure device configuration profiles, administrative templates, and security baselines to govern endpoint behaviour.
- Configure and manage Windows Update rings and feature update deployment schedules to control OS patching.
- Manage Mobile Application Management (MAM) policies to secure corporate data on personal devices without compromising user privacy.

Operations, Monitoring & Support:

- Monitor device health, compliance statuses, and synchronization errors using Intune reporting and Azure Monitor/Log Analytics.
- Serve as an escalation point (Tier 3) for complex endpoint management issues and troubleshoot synchronization, enrollment, or deployment failures.
- Document engineering processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and deployment architectures.

User Training / Mentoring and Support:

- Develop user guides and provide training sessions for employees on best practices for using Intune-managed devices and applications.

Reporting and Analytics:

- Generate Weekly/Monthly reports on device compliance, patch compliance, configuration status, and usage analytics, providing insights to IT leadership for improving the device management strategy.

Collaboration:

- Partner with cybersecurity, network operations,



and application development teams to ensure a cohesive approach to device and data security.

Mentorship & Documentation:

- Mentor junior IT administrators on Intune configuration and troubleshooting and maintain internal runbooks and end-user training materials.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (formerly SCCM).
- Familiarity with Windows, MAC, iOS, and Android operating systems and their management in a corporate environment.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 suite and its integration with Intune.
- Experience with automation tools such as PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API for scripting and automation in device management.
- Familiarity with software distribution models and application lifecycle management.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or Intune-specific/Azure Administrator, or Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals are highly desirable.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience: 4+ years of experience in IT administration, specifically with Microsoft Intune.
