We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate MD / MS (Doctor of Medicine / Master of Surgery) to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting diagnostic procedures, managing complex medical or surgical cases, and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Patient Care &
- Consultation:

Perform thorough patient evaluations, examine medical histories, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and formulate personalized treatment plans.

- Diagnosis &

- Clinical Management:

Diagnose acute and chronic conditions, prescribe appropriate medications, and manage outpatient (OPD) and inpatient (IPD) care.

- Surgical &

- Medical Procedures:

Perform standard surgical procedures or specialized clinical interventions (depending on specialization/branch) in accordance with established medical protocols.

- Emergency Response: Provide prompt critical care and emergency treatment when required; participate in doctor-on-call rotations.

- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside junior doctors, nursing staff, technicians, and other medical specialists to deliver comprehensive patient care.





- Documentation &

- Compliance:

Maintain accurate, up-to-date Electronic Health Records (EHR) and ensure full compliance with hospital policies and medical regulatory standards.

- Mentorship &

- Training:

Guide and mentor medical interns, residents, and junior staff.

Qualifications &

- Skills

- Education: MBBS degree followed by an MD or MS in a relevant specialty from a recognized medical institution.

- Licensure: Active medical registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Council.

- Experience: Proven clinical experience in hospital or clinical settings (freshers or candidates with 1+ years post-MD/MS experience welcome, depending on seniority).

- Clinical Knowledge: Robust clinical diagnostic acumen, decision-making capabilities, and proficiency in medical/surgical techniques.

- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient-empathy skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure environments.

Pay: ₹15,968.46 - ₹85,065.32 per month
