The role

You'll bring doctor care to patients who can't easily go to a clinic, including elderly, bedridden, post-surgery, and chronically ill patients. On a given day you might:

● Visit patients at home for fever, BP, sugar, pain, infections, and general check-ups

● Consult on video when a home visit isn't needed

● Examine, diagnose, and prescribe, and advise on lab tests, ECG, or X-ray when required

● Review prescriptions before nurses give injections, IV drips, or other procedures

● Be on call for nurses during visits and handle clinical escalations





● Identify when a patient needs hospital care and guide the family clearly

● Record each consultation and prescription in the app on the same day

Who this is for

● MBBS with valid Maharashtra Medical Council (MMC) registration

● 1+ years of clinical experience in general medicine, casualty, or a hospital ward

● Experience with elderly or home-care patients is a big plus

● Calm, clear, and kind with patients and worried families

● Comfortable travelling across Mumbai for home visits

● Can speak English, Hindi, and Marathi

Who this isn't for

● You only want to work inside a hospital or clinic

● You're not comfortable taking quick clinical decisions without a full hospital setup

● You rush patients and don't explain things to families
