Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage customer interactions through phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns.

- Provide accurate information about products/services to customers in a timely manner.

- Meet daily targets set by the company for sales performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, etc.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-3 years of experience in BPO industry or related field (freshers welcome).

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably B.Tech Computers).

- Excellent communication skills with robust interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in English language is essential.
