We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective communication skills, and a genuine interest in helping students understand and enjoy Mathematics.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons for assigned grades.
- Explain mathematical concepts using simple and effective teaching methods.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify students who need additional academic support and provide guidance.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom setting.
- Encourage logical thinking, problem-solving, and conceptual understanding.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and academic performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues and coordinators for effective academic planning.
- Participate in academic activities,
meetings, events, and other institutional initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or a relevant subject.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred.
- Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage students and make Mathematics interesting and relatable.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching may also apply.
