Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident, friendly, and customer-focused Matrimony Service Executive to assist customers in finding suitable matrimonial matches and provide personalized service throughout the matchmaking process.

Role & responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and expectations.
- Assist customers with suitable matrimonial profiles and matches.
- Regularly follow up with customers regarding shortlisted profiles.
- Coordinate communication between families/customers when required.
- Maintain accurate customer and profile information in the system.
- Build good relationships with customers and provide professional service.
- Handle customer questions and resolve basic service-related concerns.




- Follow up with existing customers for renewals and additional services.
- Maintain daily follow-up and customer interaction reports.
- Achieve assigned customer-service and business targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and family information.

Skills required

- Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi and English.
- Pleasant personality and qualified attitude.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to communicate confidently over phone.
- Customer-service and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Note: Working hours and weekly offs will be as per the requirements and operating schedule of the retail jewellery business.
