Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Abacus & Vedic Math Trainer to train teachers across our partner schools in North East India.

The trainer will be responsible for conducting teacher training sessions on our Abacus and Vedic Math Programs, supporting teachers in effective classroom implementation, and conducting regular quality checks of the courses.

Key Responsibilities

- Travel across North East India to conduct training at partner schools.
- Train school teachers on our Abacus and Vedic Math curriculum, methods, activities, and teaching techniques.
- Conduct engaging workshops, demonstrations, and hands-on training sessions.
- Ensure teachers understand the correct methods and are confident in delivering the program independently.
- Observe classroom implementation and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
- Conduct regular quality checks of the Abacus and Vedic Math courses.




- Identify gaps in content, methodology, or classroom delivery and recommend improvements.
- Maintain training and school-visit reports and coordinate with the academic team.

Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Abacus and Vedic Mathematics.
- Proven experience as an Abacus/Vedic Math Trainer or Teacher Trainer.
- Strong calculation skills and complete command over Abacus and Vedic Math techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to confidently train groups of school teachers.
- Willingness to travel extensively across North East India for school training and visits.
- Qualified and confident while interacting with teachers, coordinators, principals, and school management.
