Role Description The Maths K-12/JEE Faculty will deliver high-quality, concept-focused instruction to school and JEE aspirants through engaging classroom sessions at the Godda location in Jharkhand. This full-time on-site role includes planning and teaching lessons aligned with curricula, breaking down complex mathematical concepts, and providing step-by-step solutions to problems. The faculty member will design and refine learning materials, practice sheets, and tests to support different levels of learners. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve tracking student progress, addressing individual doubts,



and collaborating with academic teams to improve teaching methods and outcomes.

The role requires maintaining a positive, learner-centered environment that motivates students to perform at their best in school exams and competitive tests.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Mathematics and advanced problem-solving skills relevant to K-12 and JEE preparation.
- Ability to teach in bilingual terminologies of Maths (both English and Hindi)
- Expertise in Mathematics Education and Curriculum Development to structure effective learning paths and exam-focused content.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and classroom delivery, with the ability to adapt teaching strategies to different learner levels.
- Clear and empathetic Communication skills to explain complex ideas simply and engage students effectively.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field; specialized JEE or K-12 teaching experience is preferred.
- Experience preparing students for board exams and competitive exams (e.g., JEE Main/Advanced) is highly beneficial.
- Commitment to student-centric teaching, continuous improvement, and ethical, inclusive educational practices.
