Bloomingdale International School is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Mathematics Teacher who can simplify complex mathematical concepts and create an engaging, interactive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will use practical examples, problem-solving activities, technology, and innovative teaching strategies to help students build confidence and develop a genuine interest in Mathematics.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Mathematics effectively in alignment with the iCBSE curriculum.
- Plan and deliver engaging, student-centered Mathematics lessons.
- Develop students’ logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Design meaningful activities, worksheets, projects, and assessments.
- Connect mathematical concepts with real-world applications and everyday situations.
- Use digital tools, technology, visual aids, and interactive resources to enhance learning.
- Provide differentiated support based on students’ learning needs and abilities.
- Monitor and assess student progress and provide timely feedback and additional support.
- Maintain accurate student records and assessment documentation.
- Encourage participation in Mathematics activities, competitions, clubs, and enrichment programmes.
- Maintain a positive, well-managed, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress, learning needs, and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support curriculum planning and overall student development.

What We’re Looking For





- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of Mathematics teaching experience in an iCBSE/CBSE school preferred.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to use technology and digital learning resources effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and commitment to student learning and development.

- Experience & Curriculum Experience with iCBSE/CBSE curriculum is preferred.

Candidates with relevant Mathematics teaching experience from ICSE, Cambridge, IGCSE, IB, or other recognized school curricula may also be considered, depending on their subject expertise and teaching experience.
