Materials Control Executive / Engineer shall be responsible to supervise operational and organizational standards of the stores and logistics. Your duties will include evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts, administrative tasks, updating, maintaining and monitoring inventory levels of raw materials, Work-In-Progress & Finished goods. Overall, must ensure that customer delivery commitments are met on time working as a team with production department.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Documentation of stores – Material in & out like making GRNs, Issue slips, Shipment documents as per SOP
- Co-ordination with QC for inspection of incoming & outgoing materials and consumables
- Making proper entries in ERP for goods movement
- Raising PR (Purchase requisition) in co-ordination with Production Team
- Identifying Slow moving, dead stock items and reporting to management




- Maintaining & Keeping the stores area / goods in organized & clean manner
- Providing Logistics co-ordination to meet timely deliveries to customer and to production team
- Ensuring custodial controls of stores on day to day basis
- Co-ordinate with stores assistant to ensure proper storage of material

SKILLS
- Good Communication & interpersonal skills (English, Tamil)
- Min 5 years hand on Experience in stores area
- Preferably from Engineering/Manufacturing sector
- Must be Valuable in MS Excel & ERP inventory modules
- Working knowledge of basic raw materials & engineering consumables

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
