Role & responsibilities

Planning and procurement of Raw material, Admn, PP & IT Purchases and Manpower service contracts. Adminisration of Fuels and Gases contracts.

- Continuosly sourcing of all Raw Materials of right quality at right time and at competitive price.
- To co-ordinate with production and suppliers for monthly requirement of raw material.Also to monitor Raw Material Inventory levels.
- To generate annual rate contracts for raw materials and transportation and Fuels and Gases.
- To develop supplier base for smooth procurement of material.
- Procurement of Admn, PP & IT Purchases and Manpower & service contract
- Procurement of Administrative services and contract manpower as per request received from HR&A; and User Depts.
- To contol, monitor and review the inventory norms for raw materials
- To Identify training needs and development of manpower and self by on the job training, guidence, behavioural and attidunal mentor.
- To generate reports MIS

Preferred candidate profile Market Information, Purchasing management. Commercial terms, taxes and duties , ERP System, MS office.
