We are looking for experienced and passionate NEET & JEE Faculty to join our academic team. We are hiring faculty members for Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology who can effectively teach and mentor students preparing for competitive examinations.
The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and relevant experience in preparing students for JEE and NEET examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and interactive classroom sessions for JEE and NEET aspirants.
- Explain concepts clearly and help students develop strong conceptual understanding.
- Prepare students for competitive examinations through structured teaching and regular practice.
- Solve and explain JEE/NEET-level problems and previous-year questions.
- Provide guidance on problem-solving techniques, exam strategies, and time management.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, worksheets, assignments, and practice questions.
- Conduct regular tests, assessments, and revision sessions.
- Analyse student performance and provide individual guidance wherever required.
- Identify students' learning gaps and help them improve their academic performance.
- Maintain a positive and motivating classroom environment.
- Stay updated with the latest JEE and NEET syllabus, examination patterns, and trends.
- Work closely with the academic team to ensure effective delivery of the curriculum.
- Mentor students and support them throughout their competitive-exam preparation journey.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant subject.
- Relevant teaching experience in JEE and/or NEET preparation is mandatory.
- Candidates should have strong command over their respective subject.
- Experience handling competitive-exam students will be preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle classroom teaching and student queries effectively.
- Candidates should be comfortable with full-time offline teaching.
- Candidates willing to relocate within Tamil Nadu can also apply.
Candidate Preference:
- Tamil Nadu-based candidates are preferred.
- Candidates with experience teaching students in Tamil Nadu coaching institutes, schools, colleges, or competitive-exam centres will be preferred.
- Candidates from other states may also apply if they are willing to relocate to Tamil Nadu.
- Fluency in Tamil and English will be an added advantage.
Compensation:
- CTC will be based on the candidate's experience, subject expertise, and overall profile.
- Candidates with relevant experience may be considered for a higher CTC/hike based on experience and performance.
