- Conduct theoretical and practical training on Civil construction for Assistant Mason.
- Provide hands-on training on equipment operation, material handling, safety procedures, SOPs, and PPE.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and assessments to evaluate trainee skills.
- Maintain trainee attendance, performance, and training records.
- Support trainees in job placement by providing career guidance and coordinating with employers.
- Assist in candidate mobilization and motivate eligible candidates to join the training program.
- Coordinate with the project team for mobilization, training, assessment, and placement activities.
- Ensure training and placement activities are completed as per project requirements.
Eligibility & Experience
- ITI/Diploma/BE/B Tech or relevant qualification in Civil engineering preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction line.
- Prior Trainer/Instructor experience will be an advantage.
- Positive knowledge of construction safety and equipment operations.
- Good communication, mobilization, and candidate-handling skills.
