Dream CADD Institute, Padi is looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable Master CAD/CAM Trainers to join our team. Freshers with good technical knowledge and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply. The role involves training students in CAD/CAM software, explaining design and manufacturing concepts, and guiding them through practical projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Train students in CAD/CAM software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, NX CAD/CAM, Mastercam, and other relevant tools.
- Teach 2D drafting, 3D modelling, assembly design, surface modelling, and engineering drawing.
- Train students in CNC programming, CAM operations, toolpath generation, and machining processes.
- Explain CAD/CAM tools and commands through practical demonstrations.
- Guide students in completing real-time projects and technical assignments.
- Prepare training materials, practical exercises, and course-related content.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Clarify students' doubts and provide individual guidance when required.
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure effective course delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest CAD/CAM software features and industry practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering,



Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM concepts and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of Mastercam, NX CAD/CAM, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, or other CAD/CAM software is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of CNC machining, G-code/M-code, toolpath generation, and machining operations is preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and helping students develop technical skills.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Experience:
- Freshers preferred.
- Candidates with experience in CAD/CAM design, CNC programming, manufacturing, mechanical design, toolpath creation, or CAD/CAM training will have an added advantage.
