We are looking for a hands-on Marketplace / Listing Manager with strong experience managing Amazon USA and international Shopify eCommerce stores .

This is an execution-focused role for someone who understands product listings, catalog management, marketplace operations, inventory coordination, product data, and eCommerce merchandising.

Must-Have Experience

- Amazon USA experience is mandatory.
- International Shopify experience is mandatory.
- Strong hands-on experience managing product listings/catalogs.
- Experience working with a large number of SKUs.
- Strong understanding of product titles, descriptions, images, attributes, variations, categories, and product data.
- Experience identifying and fixing listing errors, suppressed listings, missing information, and catalog issues.
- Experience managing products across marketplaces and Shopify.
- Understanding of inventory, pricing, product availability, and catalog updates.
- Experience working with international eCommerce markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain product listings across Amazon USA and Shopify.
- Create, update, optimize, and maintain product information.
- Manage product titles, descriptions, images, attributes, variants, categories, and other listing information.
- Identify and resolve listing errors and catalog issues.
- Maintain accurate product data across multiple platforms.
- Coordinate with SEO, content, design,



operations, and other teams for product updates.
- Monitor product listings and ensure products are properly published and available.
- Manage bulk uploads, spreadsheets, feeds, and catalog updates.
- Maintain SKU-level data and ensure accuracy across platforms.
- Support new product launches and catalog expansion.
- Identify opportunities to improve product presentation and listing quality.
- Prepare regular reports on listing status, errors, updates, and marketplace performance.

Requirements
- 4–5 years of relevant marketplace/eCommerce experience.
- Mandatory Amazon USA experience.
- Mandatory international Shopify experience.
- Strong product catalog/listing management experience.
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple products and tasks simultaneously.
- Positive understanding of international eCommerce operations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Must be willing to work from Mohali – WFO .

Preferred
- Experience with fashion/apparel or other large international eCommerce catalogs.
- Experience with 1,000+ SKUs.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central.
- Experience with Shopify Admin and bulk product management.
- Understanding of marketplace feeds, inventory, variations, and catalog troubleshooting.
