Role Description The Marketplace role at Offmint is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role involves managing day-to-day marketplace operations, including onboarding and supporting sellers, monitoring product listings, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date content across the platform. The individual will track key marketplace metrics, identify issues affecting buyer and seller experience, and coordinate with product and support teams to resolve them promptly.

Responsibilities include handling queries from marketplace partners, maintaining compliance with platform policies,



and contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and user satisfaction. The role also requires regular reporting, close collaboration with cross-functional teams, and proactive engagement to strengthen marketplace performance and growth.

Qualifications

- Experience in marketplace operations, e-commerce, or online platform management, with a strong understanding of buyer–seller dynamics.
- Skills in data analysis, reporting, and use of tools such as spreadsheets or dashboards to monitor performance and identify trends.
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills to support and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with technology, including web-based tools, CRM or ticketing systems, and basic troubleshooting of user issues.
- Demonstrated problem-solving mindset, with the ability to propose practical improvements to processes and workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a startup or growth-stage company, and familiarity with the Noida/NCR market, is an advantage.
