We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage day-to-day operations across Amazon and Flipkart.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub
- Create and optimize product listings and keywords
- Manage inventory, pricing, orders, returns & cancellations
- Handle Amazon FBA, Easy Ship & seller-fulfilled orders
- Manage deals, coupons and marketplace promotions
- Assist with Amazon Ads/PPC and monitor performance
- Maintain account health and resolve marketplace cases
- Track sales, competitors, keywords and marketplace trends
- Prepare reports using Excel/Google Sheets
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in e-commerce/marketplace operations preferred
- Hands-on knowledge of Amazon & Flipkart
- Understanding of listings, inventory, FBA, orders and returns
- Basic knowledge of Amazon Ads & marketplace SEO
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills
