About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Trainee – Strategy & Growth to join our team at KINFRA Advanced Technology Park, Ramanattukara.

This is not a traditional social media or digital marketing role.

We already work with a social media and digital marketing consultant who handles content, social media and digital marketing execution.

Your role will be to learn and support the strategic side of marketing — understanding our customers and market, researching competitors, identifying marketing opportunities, planning campaigns, coordinating with our marketing consultant, and measuring results.

The right candidate will have the opportunity to gradually develop into an internal Marketing Strategist / Growth Executive as they gain experience.

What You Will Learn & Work On

- Understand our SaaS/ERP product and target customers
- Research potential customer segments and industries
- Conduct customer and market research
- Study competitors and their positioning
- Identify customer needs, problems and buying reasons
- Support development of customer personas and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)
- Assist in developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Research new lead-generation opportunities
- Coordinate with our existing social media/digital marketing consultant
- Track marketing activities and results




- Maintain simple marketing reports and dashboards
- Support sales and marketing coordination
- Collect and analyze customer/prospect feedback
- Identify new marketing and business-growth opportunities
- Participate in monthly marketing planning and review meetings

Who We Are Looking For We are more interested in how you think and learn than in having extensive marketing experience.

You may be a good fit if you are:

- A recent graduate or someone starting a career in marketing
- Interested in marketing strategy, business and customer behavior
- Curious and willing to research and learn
- Good at communication and asking questions
- Comfortable speaking with customers and team members
- Able to think logically and analyze information
- Comfortable using Google, Excel/Google Sheets and basic business tools
- Able to communicate well in English and Malayalam
- Interested in SaaS, technology and business
- Willing to take responsibility and learn independently

Educational Qualification

Preferred

- BBA / BBM – Marketing
- B.Com
- BBA / BBM
- BA / BSc or another relevant degree

Freshers are welcome to apply. A marketing qualification is helpful but not mandatory. Candidates with a strong interest in business,



marketing and customer research are encouraged to apply.

Important: This Is Not a Social Media Executive Role

You will not be primarily responsible for:

- Daily Instagram/Facebook posting
- Designing social media posts
- Video editing
- Managing social media accounts
- Replacing our existing digital marketing consultant

Instead, you will learn how to understand: Customer → Market → Problem → Positioning → Marketing Plan → Campaign → Leads → Results

Career Development

We want to develop this person into a strong marketing skilled.

The expected progression is

Marketing Trainee → Marketing Executive / Growth Executive → Marketing Strategist

As your skills and responsibilities grow, your role and compensation can also be reviewed accordingly.
