Role Description The Marketing Specialist is a full-time role based in Noida with a hybrid work model, allowing a mix of on-site and work-from-home days. This role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for Stoxify’s platform.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer behavior, coordinating with sales and product teams, and developing targeted marketing strategies for retail traders and research analysts.

The Marketing

Specialist will create and manage marketing content, optimize digital channels, track campaign performance,



and support customer communication initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and trust. The role also requires regular collaboration with cross-functional teams to refine messaging and ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with users, prospects, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends, segment audiences, and design data-driven campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Sales and relationship-building skills to support lead generation, conversion efforts, and collaboration with the sales team.
- Experience with digital marketing channels (social media, email, performance marketing) and basic analytics tools is beneficial.
