The Marketing Support Specialist supports Field Marketing Advisors by managing operational, administrative, production and coordination activities across India, Indonesia, Thailand and SAO markets. The role enables FMAs to focus on strategy, stakeholder management, budget ownership and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate exhibitions, distributor events, roadshows, seminars, product launches and customer engagement programs.
- Manage venue sourcing, agencies, vendors, registration, travel, logistics and on-site execution.
- Coordinate creative production, localization, collateral development, video editing and brand asset deployment.
- Manage merchandise sourcing, quotations, production tracking, quality checks and fulfillment.
- Maintain spend trackers, invoice coordination, PO tracking, accrual monitoring and monthly budget reports.
- Prepare dashboards, surveys, performance reports, VOC tracking and AI-assisted summaries.
- Coordinate RFQs, compliance documents, agency communications and vendor performance tracking.

Education & Experience

- Experience working across multiple markets and managing external vendors is preferred.

On-time event delivery, reporting accuracy, budget tracking accuracy, vendor SLA compliance, timely invoice resolution, asset deployment quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
