At Sealine Productions , we work with businesses across industries to create corporate films, product and technology videos, brand communication, digital content and creative experiences.

We’re now looking for a Marketing Research & Proposal Executive who enjoys digging deeper, finding the right information and turning research into real business opportunities .

This is not just a routine marketing role. We need someone who can research, analyse, connect the dots and take ownership of opportunities from discovery to proposal support.

What you’ll work on

- Research companies, industries, prospective clients and key decision-makers
- Identify new business opportunities across corporate and government sectors

• Track relevant RFPs, RFQs, tenders and empanelment opportunities for video production, branding, creative and communication services

- Study tender/RFP documents and prepare requirement, eligibility and documentation checklists
- Support registrations and opportunity tracking across government procurement and tender portals

• Prepare proposal outlines, pitch inputs, presentations and client background research

• Build and continuously update prospect and business development databases





• Research competitors, industry developments and emerging marketing opportunities

• Support targeted email campaigns, outreach lists and other B2B marketing initiatives

• Coordinate with our internal creative and business teams to ensure proposals and submissions stay on track

AI should already be part of how you work

We’re looking for someone comfortable using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other AI/research platforms for deeper research, information analysis, summarisation, proposal development and productivity.

You could be a good fit if you have

- Strong internet and market research skills
- Good written and spoken English
- Ability to organise large amounts of information clearly
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and/or Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- An interest in B2B marketing and business development

Experience in tendering, RFPs, proposal preparation, market research, government procurement or B2B marketing would be an advantage.
