About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing & PR Associate who is curious, creative, switched-on and genuinely interested in how brands grow.

This isn’t a role where you’ll just make calendars and send emails.

You’ll be involved in campaign planning, influencer marketing, PR, content ideation, brand strategy, research, execution and day-to-day marketing basically, everything that goes into making a brand visible, relevant and talked about.

You should be someone who naturally notices trends, understands social media, has ideas, and knows how to turn those ideas into things that actually get executed.

What You'll Do

Campaign Planning & Execution

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
- Come up with campaign concepts, hooks, activations and content ideas.
- Research competitors, trends, audiences and cultural moments to find marketing opportunities.
- Build campaign plans, timelines, briefs and execution trackers.
- Coordinate with internal teams, creators, designers, editors and clients to ensure smooth execution.
- Track campaign performance and help identify what worked and what didn't.

Influencer & Creator Marketing

- Identify relevant influencers and creators based on brand, audience and campaign objectives.
- Build and maintain influencer databases.
- Reach out to creators and manage communication from initial outreach to final deliverables.
- Negotiate commercials and coordinate gifting/barter collaborations where required.
- Share briefs, manage timelines and follow up on content deliverables.
- Coordinate shoots, product dispatches and approvals.
- Track influencer deliverables, performance and campaign spends.
- Stay updated on new and emerging creators and social media trends.

PR & Brand Visibility

- Assist with PR strategy and execution for brands.




- Identify relevant publications, journalists, media platforms and opportunities.
- Draft PR pitches, media briefs and communication material.
- Coordinate with PR partners, journalists, creators and other external stakeholders.
- Look for opportunities for brand features, collaborations, events and partnerships.
- Maintain media and PR databases.

Content & Social Media

- Constantly brainstorm ideas for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Develop content concepts, hooks, captions and campaign ideas.
- Understand what makes content interesting, shareable and relevant to the target audience.
- Participate in content shoots and help with on-ground execution when required.
- Keep track of trends, memes, formats, sounds and cultural conversations.
- Help create monthly content and campaign calendars.
- Work closely with designers, editors and social media teams to turn ideas into content.

What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, PR, social media, influencer marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube and the creator ecosystem.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Strong research and analytical thinking.
- Someone who can think of ideas AND execute them .
- Valuable at Google Sheets/Excel, presentations and basic marketing tools.
- Willing to get their hands dirty from making a campaign deck to chasing an influencer for a deliverable.
