About The Role Masai is hiring Marketing Outreach Interns to bring real student stories to the surface and build Masai's presence on Reddit. You'll spend your day talking to students and alumni, getting them on board for testimonials and brand activities, and running Masai's Reddit presence both on our own community and across the subreddits where learners actually ask questions.

If you're a strong communicator who understands Reddit culture, this role puts you at the centre of how people discover Masai.

What You'll Do

- Call Masai students, alumni and prospective learners, and coordinate them for brand-led activities.
- Source, schedule and follow up on student testimonials: written reviews, video stories, LinkedIn posts and on-camera shoots.
- Build and grow Masai's own subreddit: set it up, post consistently, moderate and keep discussion active.
- Curate and write Reddit-native content: posts, AMAs, progress threads, résumé and career discussions, and honest answers to questions.
- Engage across relevant communities genuinely and within each sub's rules.
- Track sentiment and questions about Masai on Reddit, Quora and social platforms, and flag what needs a response.
- Support other social media activities: community replies, small content pieces and campaign support.
- Maintain clean outreach trackers in Google Sheets: calls made, connects, follow-ups and testimonials collected.
- Use Claude and other AI tools to draft outreach scripts,



summarise calls and speed up content drafting.

What We're Looking For

- Excellent communication skills and confidence on calls, in English and Hindi. Other regional languages are a plus.
- An active Reddit user who understands Reddit culture: what earns upvotes, what gets downvoted, and why self-promotion backfires.
- A Reddit account with positive karma and posting history (please share your username when you apply).
- Strong written skills: you can write a post that sounds like a person, not a brand.
- Organised and consistent with follow-ups and trackers.
- Persistent and comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection.
- Freshers and final-year students are welcome.

Good to have

- Moderation experience on any subreddit or online community.
- Experience in tele-calling, sales, campus ambassador or community roles.
- Familiarity with tech, coding and career conversations online.
- Comfort on camera or with interviewing people for testimonials.
