We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with comprehensive knowledge across Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, Lead Generation, Market Research, Events, PR, and Marketing Analytics. The candidate will lead the marketing function, manage teams, and drive business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

- Marketing Strategy & Planning:

 Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

 Plan and manage marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, to increase brand awareness and lead generation.

- Brand Management:

 Enhance and maintain the brand identity of Whitelion across all platforms.

 Ensure consistent messaging and visual representation in all marketing materials.

- Digital Marketing:

 Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns.

 Analyse digital campaign performance and optimise for better results.

 Making daily, weekly and monthly reports on digital marketing performance





 Schedule and execute the monthly SMM plan by coordinating with the team and agency

- Marketing Operations:

 Handle the requirement of collaterals, samples, displays, offline branding material and marketing needs of the channel partner

 Analyse and plan departmental marketing needs and fulfil them within the timeline

- Market Research & Analysis:

 Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

 Provide actionable insights to improve marketing strategies.

- Team Management:

 Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve campaign objectives.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development.

- Budget Management:

 Allocate and monitor the marketing budget effectively to maximise ROI.

 Track and report on spending and campaign performance
